REGULAR BUSINESS:
C. U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Feasibility Study - Agreement Modification for Cost Increases. (Mattingly)
Recommendation:
(1) Authorize staff to prepare an amendment to the
cost sharing agreement with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers
to increase the allowed in-kind services to $400,000. (2)
Authorize the Chair and the Secretary to execute an amendment
to the Agreement with Charles Abbott & Associates to increase
the contract costs associated with the Feasibility Study to $400,000.
